The 38 m² chalet features a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, and washing machine. There is no air conditioning, but the chalet is well insulated. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and a heated indoor pool open from June to September 15, shared with the owners. Bath towels are provided. One parking space is available next to the property. For electric vehicles, a socket with a consumption meter is available. Upon arrival, you will find basic supplies: toilet paper, coffee (traditional machine), vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, and a trash bag—please replace these if used for the next guests. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. The property uses energy-efficient lighting. Bed linen and towels are included.

The holiday home, a fully equipped 50 m² apartment, accommodates up to two people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a washing machine. There is no air conditioning, as the villa is located in the mid-mountains at 1,100 metres altitude. Towels, bed linen, bathrobes and pool towels are provided. The accommodation features a private, fenced outdoor garden and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. You can enjoy access to a covered and heated swimming pool for relaxation, as well as a barbecue in a shared area with the owners. A covered parking space is reserved for you on the property.
